NEW OUTDOOR CLASSROOM AREA

WILMSLOW’S Pownall Hall School has unveiled a new allweather outdoor classroom area as part of its ongoing facilities investment programme. Installed by Chelford-based Pentagon, the new facility will be used extensively by early years teachers, and will enable them to teach a number of lessons and activities in a safe outdoor environment.

Georgia Ardern said: “It is always a plus for us to have additional facilities and with this one, it gives us great flexibility. “We are now able to take children out of the traditional classroom environment and spend enjoyable lesson time with them in a totally safe outdoor area, where their learning experience can be broadened in just about any kind of weather.”
