All our climbing play items have been designed and manufactured to exceed the standards set out in EN1176. The designs have been assessed and approved by the Play Inspection Company for dimensional compliance and surfacing extent suitability. Installations specified by us will include surfacing that complies with EN1176 and that has been tested and certified in accordance with EN1177. Any timbers are machine sanded prior to installation to minimise the risk of splinters. The climbing play products are manufactured from commercial grade materials for a long service life, units are either concreted in or affixed to existing walls with steel expansion bolts. The climbing holds are made from a lead pigment
 free polyester resin that is free from any fillers. Maintenance schedules are provided in accordance with EN1176. We can also offer a maintenance and inspection service by inspectors registered with the RPII (Only qualified RPII trained inspectors are authorised to carry out annual inspections). Where possible we utilise local UK timber harvested from sustainable sources under licence of the forestry authority. Any timber sourced from outside the UK is FSC certified to ensure that it has it has been ethically harvested.
